Product Resale Right Advice

A Product Resale Rights purchase means the next step is then setting up that the resale right product onto your website.

Now nearly all resale right products come with their own pre-designed and written sales pages with accompanying graphics.

However here's the thing.

Most people only ever change the product link and name on the salses letter, upload the website and then hey presto... hope it will do the rest.

Sometimes it doesn't.

I purchased the product resale right to a new infoproduct that came bundled with some excellent software recently and the products were great. The sales letter was crap.

Why? The product original owner was a programmer and not a copywriter.

He produced great products but crap copy for his product.

If I had tried selling his product with the sales page as it was, I would have wasted my time, money and efforts.

Fortunately I knew that, so guess what... I changed the sales page.

Re-hashed, re-worded, re-formatted, you name it... I did it.

And guess what else?

It sold like crazy.

But that isn't an isolated incidence.

I often change the original sales page to any product if I find it is not selling well.

That might include changing the headline, the guarantee, the positioning of testimonials on the page etc.

For example - If the original product sales page says that a piece of software locate the best 4 product resale right deals on the internet at any one time, it doesn't mean you change the sales page to say it can locate 10! Change is good but remaining within the boundries of truth please.

So the bottom line is this.

When you buy a resale right product or get the product resale right to any ebook and software, if yuu can think of ways to strengthen the sales letter... do it.

Also as an ongoing process, you should always be looking for ways to increase conversions, and there are a lot of legitimate changes you can make to sales page structure, wording or layout that can help you do that.
